In October, The American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) held its 46th Annual Meeting at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Siemens Medical Systems called on CMS to design and produce a high impact launch presentation showcasing Siemens groundbreaking new device, the Artiste, which is an integrated dose-guided radiation therapy solution.

In October, The American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) held its 46th Annual Meeting at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Siemens Medical Systems called on CMS to design and produce a high impact launch presentation showcasing Siemens groundbreaking new device, the Artiste, which is an integrated dose-guided radiation therapy solution.
CMS employed EON 3D Stereo Technology together with four 50" EON Artificial ITM plasma screen autostereoscopic displays controlled from an EON InteractTM touch-free device. CMS designed a dazzling presentation with visuals and illustrations floating in air in front of the plasma screens. This innovative and exciting show was clearly viewed by over 800 people at the Artiste unveiling using glasses-free 3D stereo, with subsequent shows every hour for the remaining four days.
"With the support of EON technology and an outstanding staff, CMS was able to put together a presentation like none before, giving Siemens a significant edge over the other exhibits at the conference, most of whom used traditional presentation techniques. Siemens was definitely the talk of the show. "CMS has rarely worked with such a devoted and competent group as the EON team, and despite an "impossible" deadline, they came through with flying colors," said Diana Zimmerman, President of CMS and the Siemens' tradeshow presentation producer.
The presentation was so successful, that the theater had an overflow crowd for every showing. Dr. Ajit Singh, the President of Siemens Medical Systems gave the presentation a perfect score of 10 in both its uniqueness and its ability to communicate the Siemens message.
