Graphics Manager
Paula’s strong background in management, combined with her extreme attention to detail makes her a terrific asset to the CMS team. From writing, producing and directing live television to employee communications and training, she is as comfortable with large projects as she is creative with more modest budgets. Her background includes ten years with Marine World Africa, USA, where she honed her management skills by working as an employee trainer for the first two years, then took over employee meetings and incentive programs, and was promoted to Senior Manager for two divisions of the park.
Paula spent the next five years writing and producing for television commercials, live weekly shows, and public service spots. She has won over 25 local, national and/or international awards including the prestigious California Cable Television Association's "Community Relations Award.“ She has been part of the CMS team for over ten years.
